  1. Summary: Introduction to the Semitic Languages: Summarize the content of the book Introduction to the Semitic Languages by Gotthelf Bergsträsser. Two to three (2-3) pages (1.5 spacing about 500-600 words).
  2. Write a brief essay of about two pages comparing some aspects of the lives of two of the following men: Augustine, Luther and Calvin. Explain why your essay is relevant to the course of study: Hebrew Grammar. Refer to John Piper’s. The Legacy of Sovereign Joy: God’s Triumphant Grace in the Lives of Augustine, Luther, and Calvin. Book One.
