Course Description
The continuation of Biblical Hebrew Grammar I, including some reading of selected portions of the Hebrew Old Testament.
Course Objectives
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of the grammar and syntax of Biblical Hebrew.
- Translate selected texts from the Hebrew Bible of moderate difficulty.
- Use Hebrew dictionaries and grammars for the purposes of Bible study, word study, exegesis, biblical interpretation, and sermon preparation.
- Use a number of print and electronic resources for studying Biblical Hebrew.
